Supported Employment
Glenray operates two social enterprises (Glenray Laundry and Glenray Industrial Services) which provide fulfilling and rewarding employment for people living with disability.
Our skilled Glenray staff provide ongoing assessment and monitoring to develop our supported employees as they work towards their personal goals.
Our learning and development team offer opportunities for supported employees to gain qualifications such as first aid certificate, forklift licence and Certificate II in Manufacturing.

Laundry Assistant
Glenray is seeking Casual Laundry Assistants to work alongside our Supported Employees at our Commercial Laundry in Bathurst.
In this role, you will assist with daily laundry operations while supporting team members in a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, providing consistent daytime hours with no weekend work.
We offer comprehensive training and continuous guidance throughout your Glenray journey.
