Certified Social Enterprise
Glenray Laundry and Glenray Industrial Services are not-for-profit, certified Social Enterprise businesses
(Formerly Australian Disability Enterprises - ADE) located in the NSW Central West town of Bathurst.
The certification, awarded by Social Traders, recognises Glenray Laundry and Glenray Industrial Services as businesses whose core purpose is to create positive social impact through their commercial operations.
Social Enterprise certification is known for its rigorous standards, involving the verification of governance and social impact among other things. Ensuring that only businesses that exist for public benefit and reinvest resources to fulfil that mission are eligible.
Glenray Industrial Services
Glenray Industrial Services is comprised of a number of service areas including Timber Manufacturing, Grounds Maintenance, Secure Document Destruction and Packaging & Labelling.
We provide quality services and products throughout Central West NSW, and can supply ready made products as well as custom orders.
Supported Employment
Glenray provides people living with disability in Bathurst the opportunity to work and build work related skills successfully. Glenray operates a range of business outlets aimed at providing task and work skills development while providing fulfilling employment for people living with a disability.
Our skilled Glenray staff provide ongoing training, assessment and monitoring to help our supported employees work towards their goals. Skills are valued, encouraged and developed.
